Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.
